Agreement to terms

By using Testifolio, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. This agreement governs your access to and use of our testimonial platform, including any updates or new features.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. Unauthorized use may result in termination. You agree not to misuse the platform, violate applicable laws, or engage in activities that may harm others or disrupt the service.

Account Security

You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and ensuring that only authorized individuals access your account. Any activities conducted under your account are your responsibility. Notify us immediately at support@testifolio.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to: use Testifolio for illegal purposes; collect, publish, or submit fake, fabricated, or paid-for testimonials; impersonate another person or business; scrape or extract data from the platform in ways that violate these terms; share, sell, or sublicense your account access without prior consent. Subscription & Billing

By subscribing, you agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan. Fees are non-refundable except as outlined in our refund policy. Your subscription renews automatically unless canceled — cancel anytime from your account settings. We reserve the right to adjust pricing; any changes will be communicated in advance.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in Testifolio and associated materials are owned by us or our licensors. All content, designs, and functionality remain our property. You may not reproduce or distribute without permission. You retain ownership of the testimonial data you collect through our service. Service Availability and Updates

We aim to provide continuous service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime due to maintenance or unforeseen issues. We may update or modify Testifolio to improve functionality, address security risks, or comply with legal requirements. Notice will be provided for major updates.
